Pricing
Pricing: one flat price per build, quoted in writing before we start.
Every Kinetiq project starts with a flat build price, in writing, after a free 15-minute call and before any work starts. No hourly billing and no per-seat fees. If a system needs ongoing care, any monthly fee is quoted in writing at the same time.
What's included in a Kinetiq build price?
- The 90-minute mapping session and a written plan with a launch date
- Design, build and testing with your real data
- A review with you every 72 hours while we build
- Launch, training for your team, and handover of every login and the code
- Fixes for anything that breaks in the first month after launch
What changes the price of a custom build?
- How many tools it connects to. Two apps talking is simpler than six.
- How many people and locations use it. One office is simpler than twelve.
- How much judgment it needs. Rules ("if paid, mark as paid") are cheaper than AI reading and deciding.
- Design work. A customer-facing portal needs more design than an internal tool.
- Moving old data. Importing years of records takes time.
- Compliance needs. Healthcare and legal requirements add work, and we'll tell you if we can't meet them.
Running costs: paid to the provider, at cost
Some builds rely on services that charge for usage. These bill to accounts in your name, at the provider's own rates. We don't resell them or mark them up, and we estimate them in your quote.
- Phone lines and call minutes (AI phone receptionist, text-back)
- AI usage (per call or per request)
- Hosting, database and domain
Support after launch
The first month after launch is included. After that, changes and fixes are quoted per request or drawn from a prepaid block of hours you buy up front. Systems that need ongoing care, such as an AI assistant we keep tuned or a website we manage, can carry a flat monthly fee instead, quoted in writing next to the build price before you pay anything.

| Client portal | One login where your customers see job status, documents and invoices, and send requests | 3 to 6 weeks |
| Custom AI assistant | An assistant for the owner's inbox and calendar, or AI that reads emails, forms and PDFs and files the details | About 3 weeks |

The price depends on the build: a single automation is a small job and custom software is the biggest. You get one flat price in writing after a free 15-minute call, before you pay anything. Running costs come on top and go to the providers: for an AI phone receptionist, for example, phone and AI usage is usually tens to low hundreds of dollars a month for a single location.

Only when there's something to run or look after. Most builds are one flat price. Systems that need ongoing care, such as an AI assistant we keep tuned or a website we manage, can carry a flat monthly fee, quoted in writing next to the build price before you pay anything. Phone minutes, AI usage and hosting still bill to your own accounts at the provider's rates.

Two builds with the same name can differ by weeks of work. Missed-call text-back for one location with one phone line is a different job from the same thing across twelve locations and three phone systems. A 15-minute call is enough for us to give you a flat number in writing.

Your quote is a fixed price for the scope we agreed in writing. If you want to add to it, we quote the addition before doing any of the work, and you decide.

You do, directly. Those services run on accounts in your business's name and bill you at the provider's own rates. We don't resell them or mark them up, and we estimate them in your quote so there are no surprises.
