No — and we invite you to test it before launch. Our receptionist uses natural turn-taking, appropriate pauses, and a voice tuned to your brand. When something genuinely requires a human (emergencies, complex complaints), it hands off live or books a callback within the hour.
Our toolkit covers calendar (Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Calendly, Cal.com, Acuity), CRM (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho), phone & SMS (Twilio, Telnyx, OpenPhone, Dialpad, RingCentral), vertical CRMs (ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, Vagaro, Mindbody), payments & books (Stripe, Square, QuickBooks, Xero), and workspace & ops (Slack, Notion, Airtable, Linear, Mailchimp, Klaviyo). Most agencies take 15-25% of your ad spend — so the bigger you scale, the more they take. We don't. Paid traffic management is bundled into the Growth ($899/mo) and Scale (custom) plans. Your ad budget goes directly to Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, or YouTube — pass-through, no markup, no hidden margin. You see every dollar in the invoice breakdown. That's how we keep incentives aligned: we win when your campaigns win, not when your spend goes up.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Internal access is limited to the founders and any future employees who genuinely need it for their role, with audit logging. We do not currently hold a third-party security certification — if your industry or insurer requires one (SOC 2, HIPAA BAA, ISO 27001, etc.), tell us during the demo call and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit at this stage. You own your data: export anytime, delete anytime. We do not use your conversations to train general AI models.
Upgrade any time — we prorate the difference to the day. Pause for up to 90 days per year (useful for seasonal businesses) with no penalty. Cancel entirely with 30 days' notice, no hidden fees. You keep your data and a read-only export on the way out.
Almost never. Kinetiq handles the overflow — after-hours, lunch breaks, the third ring when your person is on another line. Most of our clients' receptionists end up doing higher-value work (greeting walk-ins, upselling, complex coordination) once the repetitive calls are gone.

I run Kinetiq with my co-founder Kimi Webb. We build the boring-but-critical stuff that keeps a business moving when no one's at their desk — AI workflows, 24/7 receptionists, landing pages that actually convert, and the ads to feed them. I grew up around my father's consumer-electronics business, which is where I first learned how operations, marketing, and ads fit together. My job is everything that isn't anyone else's yet — sales, delivery, hiring, whatever's about to break. Outside work, I train martial arts and ride bikes — the one part of the day no one can email me.
I run the agency side — building automations, setting up AI receptionists, and putting together the demos that actually get people to sign. Before this, I was in growth at a SaaS company where I helped take outbound from basically nothing to a steady stream of booked calls, then decided to go build something on my own. These days I'm mostly focused on doing good work for clients and making sure what we ship actually holds up. Outside of that, I surf — usually where I end up thinking through ideas or figuring things out.
