About Kinetiq
-
Kinetiq is a two-founder custom software and AI studio based in Corona, California. Founded in 2026, Kinetiq designs and builds custom software, AI systems and workflow automations, plus the websites around them, for small and mid-sized businesses, built around how each business already works. It doesn't resell a platform or a template: every system is designed for one business, and the client owns the accounts, the data and the code.
-
A client portal, site relaunch and security hardening for a security company; a live Stripe sales dashboard for a motorsports school; an AI assistant that runs a business owner's inbox and calendar by text or voice; and Kinetiq's own custom CRM and lead-enrichment tool, which replaced two paid subscriptions.
-
Not as an off-the-shelf product. An AI phone receptionist is one of the custom AI systems we build: trained on one business's hours, services and prices, connected to its own calendar and phone line, and running on accounts in its name. It can be built on its own or as part of a larger system with the automations and software around it.
-
No. Kinetiq at kinetiq.info is the custom software and AI studio in Corona, California, founded in 2026 by Vansh Sagar and Kimi Webb. It has no connection to the Kinetiq liquid-staking protocol and KNTQ token (kinetiq.xyz), the Kinetiq TV and media-monitoring company (kinetiq.tv), Humanoid's KinetIQ robotics software, or the defence company QinetiQ.
Working with Kinetiq
-
Three to six weeks for custom software, about three weeks for a connected set of automations or an AI system such as an assistant or a phone receptionist, about two weeks for a website and a few days for a single automation. You get a dated plan after the mapping session.
-
About three hours over three weeks for most builds: the 90-minute mapping session, a few 15-minute reviews and a short launch check-in. We need one person on your side who can make decisions.
-
Almost never. We build on top of the tools you already pay for. If a tool genuinely can't do what you need, we'll say so and suggest the cheapest replacement.
-
Yes. A single automation, such as missed-call text-back or instant replies to new leads, can be live in a few days, and you can add more once it's paying for itself.
-
Yes. We're based in Corona, California and work with clients across the United States. We meet clients in person across the Inland Empire, in Orange County and Los Angeles County on request, and by video everywhere else in the United States.
Data, security and AI
-
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest on the providers we build on. Access is limited to the two founders. You own your data and can export or delete it at any time. We don't use your data or your customers' conversations to train general AI models.
-
Not today. If your industry or insurer needs a certification, or your practice needs a signed HIPAA Business Associate Agreement, tell us before the first call. A BAA depends on the phone and AI vendors your build would use; we confirm in writing whether we can sign one before any patient data is involved, or tell you plainly that we're not the right fit yet.
Ownership and support after launch
-
You do: the accounts, the data and the code. Everything runs on accounts in your business's name or is transferred to you at launch, so it keeps working if we ever part ways.
-
Anything that breaks in the first month after launch is fixed at no charge. After that, fixes and changes are quoted per request or drawn from a prepaid block of hours, agreed before we start. Systems that need ongoing care, such as an AI assistant we keep tuned or a website we manage, can carry a flat monthly fee, quoted in writing next to the build price before you pay anything.
-
Yes. Each new build gets its own flat quote, and the same two people build it.
