About Kinetiq: two founders building custom software and AI in Corona, California.

Kinetiq is Vansh Sagar and Kimi Webb. We started the company in 2026 to build the systems small businesses can't buy off the shelf: the portal customers actually use, the dashboard the owner checks every morning, the automation that sends the Tuesday invoice, the AI that answers at 7 pm. Vansh Sagar

Co-founder and Co-CEO

I run Kinetiq with my co-founder Kimi Webb. We build the boring-but-critical systems that keep a business moving when no one's at their desk: custom software, AI workflows, websites, and the automations that tie them together. I grew up around my father's consumer-electronics business, which is where I first learned how operations and marketing fit together. My job is everything that isn't anyone else's yet: sales, delivery, hiring, and whatever's about to break. Outside work, I train martial arts and ride bikes.

Kimi Webb

Co-founder and Co-CEO

I run the build side: custom software, automations and AI systems such as assistants and receptionists, and the demos that show clients what they're getting before they pay. Before Kinetiq, I worked in growth at a software company, where I helped take outbound sales from almost nothing to a steady stream of booked calls. These days I'm focused on doing good work for clients and making sure what we ship holds up. Outside of that, I surf, which is usually where I think through ideas.

How we work

You own everything we build. The accounts, the data and the code are in your business's name.
One flat price per build, in writing, before we start. No hourly billing, and any monthly fee is quoted up front.
The people who build it are the people you talk to. No account managers and no hand-offs.
We say what we can't do. We don't hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification today, and we'll tell you if your industry needs something we can't provide yet.

Where we work

We're based in Corona, California. We meet clients in person across the Inland Empire, from Riverside and Eastvale to Temecula and Rancho Cucamonga, in Orange County and Los Angeles County on request, and by video everywhere else in the United States.
