Privacy Policy
Who we are
Kinetiq is operated by Aspen Unity Capital LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, from Corona, California. We can be reached at kinetiq@kinetiq.info or +1 (951) 316-4813.
What we collect
We collect information from you in three ways:
- Directly, when you give it to us: name, business name, email, phone number, industry, what you need help with, and anything you write in the message field when you fill in the contact form or email us.
- Automatically, in your browser: if you switch between the light and dark theme, we save that choice in your browser's
localStorage. During a visit we may also keep a session-only note of a service you clicked so the contact form can mention it. This storage is first-party and stays on your device; we cannot read it from our servers. - Through services we use: our booking calendar opens on Cal.com when you click "Open the calendar", and form submissions are relayed by FormSubmit. Fonts, scripts and images are served from our own domain. These providers see your IP address as a consequence of the request; we do not share additional information with them beyond what you submit. Their own privacy policies govern how they handle that data.
What we do with it
We use your contact information to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to run the project (billing, support and delivery). We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising to third parties. We do not use your conversations with any Kinetiq-built assistant to train general-purpose AI models.
Who else sees it
The minimum number of parties necessary to do the work: our email provider, our payment processor (when applicable), the AI-voice provider that powers a receptionist, and any integration you explicitly ask us to connect. We sign data-processing agreements with our core providers. We will share a list of current sub-processors on request.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: kept for 24 months after your last contact with us, unless you ask for earlier deletion. Client data: kept for the duration of the engagement plus 12 months (so we can handle disputes and meet accounting requirements), then deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing kinetiq@kinetiq.info.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, object to processing, and receive a copy in a portable format. We will respond to any reasonable request within 30 days. Email us.
How we protect it
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by the hosting, database and communications providers we build on, under their own security terms. Access inside Kinetiq is limited to the two founders and any future employees who genuinely need it for their role. We do not hold a third-party security certification today. If your industry or insurer requires one (such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001), or you need a signed HIPAA Business Associate Agreement, tell us before the first call and we will tell you honestly whether we're the right fit at this stage.
We work with clients in the United States. If you are located elsewhere, tell us before engaging us so we can address your jurisdiction's data-protection requirements in the contract.
Changes to this policy
If we make a material change to this policy, we will email every active client and post the change here with an updated date.
Complaints
We'd rather hear from you first. Email kinetiq@kinetiq.info with the subject line "Privacy concern" and we will escalate it directly to the founders within one business day. If we can't resolve it, you have the right to complain to a data-protection authority in your jurisdiction.
