The state of hiring
Kinetiq is two founders today — Vansh Sagar and Kimi Webb. We are not formally hiring. We are intentionally growing well rather than fast, which means we'd rather work with our first ten founding clients carefully than scramble to staff up before we know what we need. When that changes, we want to already know who we'd want to talk to. So this page is open: a way to put your name forward for when the time is right.
Where we'd want help eventually
Role-shapes, not titles. These are areas of work, not commitments.
- Generalist operator — comfortable across delivery, client support, and small-scope build work. Owns the day when both founders are heads-down.
- Automation engineer — n8n and integration glue. Real comfort debugging in production. The person who keeps the receptionist and workflows running.
- Growth / paid-traffic specialist — Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube at real budgets. Comfortable measuring and explaining every dollar.

What to expect
We don't have an interview process yet. If we want to talk, it's a 30-minute call with whichever founder owns that area. Either we click and stay in touch, or we don't and we tell you. We respond to everyone within a week. We don't ghost.
What we won't ask for
- No take-home assignments. We don't ask for unpaid work.
- No whiteboarding.
- No "culture fit" hazing.
